These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 3020 platform. By registering and accessing our services in the Philippines, you agree to be bound by the rules set out on this page. Please read them carefully before placing any bets or accessing games.
General Rules
Who Can Use 3020 and How
Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use 3020, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident or legal visitor to the Philippines. Each member is permitted to hold only one active account on the platform; duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 3020 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point and may request supporting documents in line with applicable Philippine regulations. Accounts found to have been registered with false information are subject to immediate termination and forfeiture ofany associated balance.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency
All transactions on 3020 are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made through the supported local payment channels available in your account dashboard, which include widely used options such as GCash and Maya. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction; these limits may be updated periodically and members are responsible for checking the current figures before initiating a transfer. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, and members may be required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is approved. 3020 does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Any funds that were credited through fraudulent activity or in error may be reversed without notice, and 3020 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending investigation if irregular account activity is detected.
Bonuses and Promotions

Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed through the Bet section and Sports section are final once confirmed by the system and cannot be cancelled or reversed after acceptance. Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed, and the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or data feed disruption that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet, 3020 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to members' accounts. Members are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules applicable to each sport or game type before participating; the FAQ page provides guidance on common betting scenarios. 3020 does not permit the use of bots, automated betting tools, or any software that manipulates bet placement, and any account found using such tools will be suspended immediately. Limitation of Liability
3020 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any section of the site, including the Sports, Jackpot, and Games areas. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical faults, or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect platform availability, and 3020 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a direct result of such downtime. To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 3020 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate platform access at any time for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or security reasons.
